A smart finish for reception
Oxford, poplin and herringbone shirts, plus women's suit trousers, in a fitted or regular cut. They give the polished look guests expect at the front desk and concierge.
Embroidered logo on every garment
Embroidery is the usual choice for hotel reception uniforms because it stands up to frequent washing and looks understated. On aprons you can also choose screen printing, transfer or sublimation.
All sizes, one order
There are men's, women's and unisex styles, ordered by size in a single quote. The minimum order is €100.00 excl. VAT, adding up whichever garments you combine.
Uniforms for every hotel department
For reception and concierge, long-sleeved shirts with suit trousers work well, in colours such as white, navy, black or grey. In the restaurant and bar, waiter aprons and overshirts come into play, and in the kitchen, the chef jacket.
They are usually ordered by management or the purchasing department to dress all guest-facing staff, including for openings, rebrands or the busy season. Combining garments from the same line keeps the look consistent across departments.
Uniform fabrics and logo marking
Fabrics include cotton-polyester blends, which crease less and dry faster, 100% cotton and technical fabrics. Weights range from under 160 g/m² for lightweight garments to over 220 g/m² for hard-wearing aprons, and many styles are made from recycled material or organic cotton.
The logo is embroidered on the chest or the bib of the apron. The catalogue price already includes one-colour marking in the standard position, and before you pay you receive a free simulation with your logo placed on the garment.
How to choose uniforms for your hotel
- Fabric for the job
- Cotton-polyester for long shifts and frequent washing; 100% cotton if you want a more natural feel; technical fabric for the kitchen and hot areas.
- Cut and fit
- Choose a fitted cut for a more formal look at reception, or a regular cut for extra comfort on the restaurant floor. There are men's and women's styles as well as unisex ones.
- Sleeve length and weight
- Long sleeves for reception and concierge, short or sleeveless for the bar and terrace. For aprons, a higher weight holds up better to daily use.
- Marking technique
- Embroidery is the most durable and elegant finish on shirts and jackets. For aprons with full-colour designs, sublimation or digital transfer reproduce fine detail better.
