Embroidered caps for companies with your logo
Embroidered caps are one of the few branded garments people actually wear outside work. That is why the logo application matters more than on almost any other textile item: a small, well-placed embroidery gets worn; a huge logo across the front ends up in a drawer.

EssentialA cap is not uniform, it is streetwear
A corporate cap competes with the cap your team already has at home. If it wins, your brand goes out every weekend; if it loses, it stays in the wardrobe. What decides it is very specific: the fabric weight (a 260-280 g/m² cotton twill keeps its shape, a lightweight polyester creases), the reinforcement in the front panel, the inner sweatband and the size of the embroidery.
With caps, discreet branding means front embroidery of between 6 and 10 cm wide, or a woven patch if the logo has gradients or lots of detail. One main position and understated colours: it is the same approach we use for custom T-shirts for companies and the rest of our clothing range.
Which cap to choose: styles and uses
| Style | Material and fastening | When to choose it | Typical branding |
|---|---|---|---|
| Classic 5-panel | Cotton twill, 260-280 g/m², metal buckle | Teams, onboarding and everyday use | Flat front embroidery |
| 6-panel curved peak | Combed cotton, reinforced front and inner sweatband | The cap most people wear outside work | Flat or raised embroidery |
| Trucker | Cotton or blend front and mesh back, snapback fastening | Trade shows, festivals and summer events | Woven patch or embroidery |
| Flat peak snapback | Rigid 6-panel twill, snapback fastening | Younger audiences and brands with an urban look | Raised embroidery |
| Technical sports cap | Breathable polyester, velcro or elastic fastening | Running, sport and working in the sun | Transfer or light embroidery |
The composition and fastening of each style are shown on its item page.
Flat embroidery, raised embroidery, patch or transfer
The price on each item page includes one-colour branding in the standard position. Extra thread colours, raised embroidery, a patch or a second position are included in the quote.
- Flat embroidery. The standard option: it stands up to washing, does not crack and gives a clean finish with a small number of thread colours.
- Raised embroidery (3D). Lifts the logo off the panel. It works with bold lettering and simple shapes; fine detail gets lost.
- Woven or silicone patch. For logos with gradients, lots of detail or small text: it reproduces the original better than thread and looks especially good on a trucker cap.
- Transfer. For technical caps in lightweight polyester, where heavy embroidery would distort the panel.
Where the logo goes on a cap
- Front panel: the main position. The usual branding area is around 10 × 5 cm on 5-panel and 6-panel caps; each style shows its own area on the item page.
- Side: a small second branding position, or the name of an event.
- Back panel, above the fastening: a web address or a short slogan.
- Under the peak: a detail only the wearer sees.
- Thread colour: on a dark cap, a dark logo disappears; use the white version or a contrasting thread. Tonal branding, with thread in the same colour as the cap, gives a very understated finish that works well outside work.
- What to avoid: a logo that fills the whole front. On caps, keeping it small is what gets them worn.
When caps work best and what to pair them with
Caps perform well in three situations. For teams working outdoors, alongside custom workwear, where they are renewed season after season. In event merchandise, trade shows and festivals, where trucker styles, custom caps and custom baseball caps work better than a classic cap because people put them on straight away. And in summer, as a campaign item for the whole team.
On its own, a cap says little. Where it really works is as part of a set: a cap and T-shirt for an event, or a cap and custom hoodie for a sales team kit. In winter, beanie hats with logo play the same role.
How to order branded caps
- 1
Quote
Choose the style, cap colour and quantity, then upload your logo as a vector file (SVG, AI or PDF); if you only have a PNG or JPG, we will review it. Your quote arrives within 24 working hours.

You pay on approval. The logo is turned into a stitch file, or the patch is prepared, and each cap is branded one by one. The usual lead time is two or three weeks; a sewn patch may take a little longer.

Delivery
Tracked delivery to one address or several sites, across the EU.
How we choose
A cap is judged by its visor.
The visor determines whether a cap looks good or like a fairground prize. We consider stiffness and curvature before colour, as these are what separate a cap someone wears from one that ends up in a drawer.
- Pre-shaped visor, not flat as standard
- Metal or buckle closure on mid-range caps
- Recycled cotton in almost the entire catalogue
Caps: the entire catalogue is branded in Europe, with delivery within the timeframe we agree with you.
The detail
Front embroidery is the standard.
It withstands washing and rain, and provides the finish people associate with a genuine brand.
